This December, six amazing women will attempt a new world record and row across the Atlantic Ocean. They will brave the ocean not for fame, but to bring awareness and funds to help prevent and rescue victims of human trafficking. The Row For Freedom team will leave the Canary Islands and row towards Barbados. For two hours on, and two hours off, they will row the Atlantic Ocean for justice, for freedom, and to raise £2 Million towards EpcatUK and The A21 Campaign. Starting November 11, 2011 you will be able to partner with the RFF Team. You can become part of the row by bringing awareness and helping the team raise funds while they are tackling this incredible mission. Everyday you can choose to ROW along with team through your actions and through your words.
Here are the ways you can help and bring awareness during the row.
- Take a moment: Everyday at noon Fast21 will take a moment and pray for the team members.
- Post a Video to your Social Media Accounts everyday of the row to bring Awareness.
- Be the Voice everyday by sharing a fact about Human Slavery to someone – United States Facts | World Facts
- Row : If you have access to a GYM add rowing to your exercise regiment. The team will row 2 hours on and 2 hours off, join them.
- Push yourself : Run or Bike for 2 miles a day - do something out of your comfort zone. The RFF Team will be sleep deprived, and exhausted as they row to 3000 miles, unaided to bring awareness. What can you do?
- Show your colors: Every Monday wear Red or Blue throughout the 40-50 days or buy a Bracelet to bring awareness.
- Use your art: Are you an artist, painter, photographer, or singer-songwriter? Use your art to bring Awareness and we will post it on the FAST21 site! Send us your ROW FOR FREEDOM inspired art and we will get it out there! Send us your art

- Get Social: Download the “Row with Me” Images and add them to FACEBOOK , TWITTER & PINTEREST for the duration of the row.
